After honing her skills at Le Cordon Bleu in 2009, she immersed herself in Los Angeles' vibrant restaurant scene, working at renowned locations such as Trump National Golf Club, The Hollywood Bowl, and The Walt Disney Concert Hall.
Before relocating to Marin, Chef Ashley served as the Executive Chef at Shade Hotel in Manhattan Beach, where she fine-tuned her ability to craft exceptional dishes.
Her travels have been a significant influence on her cooking, providing unique opportunities to learn and grow in diverse cultural settings. From learning sushi-making in Japan to taking chocolatier classes in Paris and perfecting fresh pasta in Italy, Chef Ashley's global experiences continue to shape her culinary creations.
Now based in Sausalito, Chef Ashley offers bespoke private dining experiences, meal prep services, and cooking classes.
